The spaciousness of the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel were commendable. however, the customer service left much to be desired, particularly in how my group and I were treated during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Shamrock Lodge Hotel. The welcoming staff made me feel right at home, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices including a good full Irish breakfast, though I found the bar food to be very satisfying too!
